We offer several different types of tees. You can have short sleeve, long sleeve, tanks or ladies v-neck tee.  Take your pick. Burning Anger or True Grit Café logo t-shirt short sleeve $18.00, Long sleeve $20.00. Add $2.00 for XXL or larger. Burning Anger tanks men or women $18.00. True Grit Café logo v-neck for the ladies $16.00.

Caps

Our standard baseball caps are embroidered with the True Grit Café logo. They are adjustable so one size fits all.

Hot Sauces

These are our signature hot sauces coming in three different flavor profiles.  Our “Raging Cajun” offers up some heat with lots of flavor for the fainter of heart.  The “Burning Anger” is turning up the heat a couple of notches but works great in Chili.  The “Fire in the Hole” is not for the faint of heart with lots of habanero heat.  It is awesome in Bloody Marys. We also have Flaming Tail Habanero Honey Mustard which has a sweet zesty flavor with a bite that grows on you. Mix it with mayo as a great accompaniment for pork. All sauces are $6.99 each. Seasoning Dirt

Made with seven herbs and spices wwe make this right in house and use it in our famous Ranch dressing and Balsamic Vinaigrette. Once you try our Ranch, you'll never settle for anyone else’s.  The dry herb blend is also great as a rub or in marinades.  Folks order from all over the country by the jar or by the case. We sell the 2007 re-release of the movie.  This was made in honor of what would have been John Wayne's 100th birthday.  There is a special trailer on this DVD titled "Aspen Gold" that shows Ridgway then and now.  You'll see several locals, including us, telling about the area. $20.00 Click here for details
