Dale and Tammee Tuttle have owned and managed The True Grit Cafe since August of 1996. Between them they have over 60 years of experience in the ‘people business” helping others enjoy anything from a special outing, to holidays and vacations. The “Grit”, as it is locally known, is primarily Tammee’s baby and she puts her heart and soul into running it. Her enthusiasm and friendly, confident manner is very prevalent from the front of the restaurant to the back. Dale is more in the background making repairs and keeping up an on-going remodeling program which keeps the “Grit” in prime operating condition. Often referred to as “Ridgway’s eating landmark” we offer awesome food, in a friendly atmosphere with great service.
