Silver Spur Catering

The True Grit Café has been catering since August of 1996, but last year we started a separate catering company called Silver Spur Catering. We can cater anywhere (including in the middle of the woods or in an alpine meadow) for any size event. We can do a simple Bar-B-Q to a fancy gathering with Peppercorn crusted Beef Tenderloin.
